tiasub™ uses Shopify’s ecommerce platform to provide portions of the Services.
Shopify supplies technology and infrastructure that help us operate the online store. However, purchases made through the store are transactions directly between you and tiasub™, operated by JMC Food Services.
Shopify is not the seller of tiasub™ products and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment decisions, customer service, returns, refunds, product claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from a transaction with tiasub™.
